Seriously, its not the end of the world if your team in not where you think it should be. Rankings at this level are difficult due to the unequal nature of all the teams that participate in mulitiple leagues. If you want your team to be ranked better, all you have to do is win.

This year we have multiple people ranking teams. Each person's ranking will be posted. The final ranking is the final average of these. Comments are selected from the ones offered by each ranker and posted with their name.
